Job Summary:

Senior Salesforce Consultant will work with business and technology partners to maintain and enhance their Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce.com). You must be a leader and a self-starter with the ability to propose innovative solutions based on a solid understanding of business strategy, regulatory changes, industry direction, and above all, Salesforce platform expertise key to creating an efficient, comprehensive and visually optimized product.

Experience: 2-6 years

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Interact directly with customers to extract customer needs through calls or emails.

2. Analyze customer needs, design, configure and test customer solutions. Resolve technical issues.

3. Design and document technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business objectives

4. Translate the functional requirements into conceptual and detailed design documents

5. Ability to understand business and suggest innovative solutions.

6. Demonstrating the sound rationale in making design decisions.

7. Ability to work with a global client, different time zones, and remote location teams.

8. Work with Development Team, explain the requirement, getting it done, testing and finally presenting to the customer.

9. Work as an end to end Requirement Owner/Module Owner to deliver desired results to the customers.

Required Skills:

1. 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in SalesForce.com implementations.

2. Understands SFDC configuration and technical features and capabilities.

3. Thorough understanding of the Life Cycle of Development.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face).

Salesforce Admin/Sales/Service/Advanced Admin Certifications
