Job description :

- Project Manager / Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects across multiple development and business teams. Fundamental to the role is the ability to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within expected timescales, and achieve the stated business objectives, whilst adhering to an Agile Development process.

- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Veeva CRM with end to end implementation experience and Salesforce.com integration experience including different business systems as well as integration tools.

- Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service oriented Architecture and integration background.

- Strong with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.

- Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Sales Force configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.

- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired endstates, and deliver a CRM solution.

- Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts, Actions and Approval Workflow.

Skills required :

- Candidate should be BE/B.Tech Or MCA from reputed institute.

- Good consulting experiences in the Life Sciences & Pharma Industry.

- 5+ years in program and project management exp in Veeva CRM/ Salesforce projects.

- Proven background in in delivering multiple large, complex projects to specification, on time and within budget through the full project lifecycle.

- Experience leading large, global and diverse virtual teams.

- Proven executive communication skills and ability to critically and objectively interpret and evaluate information; effectively influence at the executive level.

- Skills in problem resolution, negotiation, dealing with ambiguity, establishment of effective processes, influencing without authority.

- Any project Management Certificate will do.

- Managing team of developers in a highly dynamic environment

- Anchor project calls, elicit details, allocate work and report status

- Contribute to CoE and Proposals

- Provide technical mentor-ship to the team
