Teqfocus - Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (3-7 yrs) (Teqfocus)

Salesforce Consultant Role Responsibilities:

1. Able to develop prototype demonstrations, manage and complete system configurations and set up users

2. Provide technical and functional expertise to project team

3. Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements

4. Guide development teams on functionality that requires custom logic to meet the requirements; demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed

5. Develop project-level or application- or business-specific approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production support

6. Lead or facilitate sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements

7. Achieve/maintain Salesforce product certifications to successfully advise and direct clients on best practices for both business process and platform optimization

Requirement

1. 3+ years of experience in Developing Salesforce Applications including Apex, Visualforce, Unit Test etc. Experience with lightening preferred.

2. 3+ years of hands-on experience with packaged applications, including Salesforce, Microsoft, Siebel, SAP, or similar enterprise-level applications

3. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce implementing full project lifecycles. Salesforce-specific qualifications:

4. Content knowledge - Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions and similar enterprise-level applications

5. Analytical techniques - Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts

6. System configuration - Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs, and participate in system configuration when necessary

7, Project management - Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects; understands core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods

8. Change management and scope control - Experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope; ability to administer change management processes within a specified framework, including regularly reviewing issues management and change control logs to understand status and identify potential risk situations

9. BA or BS in Business or Management Information Systems preferred
