EchoIndia - Salesforce Developer (3-6 yrs) (Echo India)

Job Description : 


- Senior or principal level of understanding of Salesforce technologies

- Architect solutions using Salesforce technologies and Salesforce ecosystems

- Work closely with the ECHO Institute replication team and ECHO Digital solutions team based in the US to understand business goals and processes, gather requirements and translate those into Salesforce solutions. Outline process and timelines for implementation, testing, migration, rollout, training and ongoing administration

- Create and document processes, workflows and field maps

- Hands on configuration of Salesforce.com and Nonprofit Success Pack application

- Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other Salesforce.com objects and functions

- Handle on-going customization/alteration of Salesforce.com including Nonprofit Success Pack to increase benefits and usability.

- Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment

- Design, create, and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies

- Create new reporting capabilities; Oversee data quality, migration and maintenance

- Experience building and maintaining various types of Salesforce communities.

- Strong understanding of various types of user licenses, their differences, and how to utilize appropriately.

- Expand use of Salesforce.com - attend planning meetings, assist with determining if /how Salesforce.com can be used in new ways

- Be our organization's SME on Salesforce.com

- Significant hands-on Salesforce.com experience on large scale projects/implementations

- Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard Salesforce.com reporting functionality

- Great customer skills, professionalism and entrepreneurial attitude

- Minimum expectation of a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent

Education/experience :

- Desire to learn, quick thinker, analytical, detail oriented and creative problem solver

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, globally distributed team

- Flexibility in work timings (ability to work periodically late evenings based on US time zone)

- Work may require some degree of travel (10-15%) - both domestic as well as international
