SFCC Solution Architect - Demandware (10-17 yrs) (Rekrut)

Salesforces store front reference Architecture (SFRA) preferred, Java Script, JSON

- 5 years in eCommerce applications using SFCC and/or Demandware.

- The right person for this role is proactive with stakeholders, a self-starter who can work under broad direction, and passionate about delivering world-class digital products that enable the business to optimize operations to maximize the value of investments.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

- A degree in computer science or equivalent.

- Functional background of CPG / retail business is a plus.

- Deep expertise in solution architecture and implementation for B2B and B2C domains using CMS, eCommerce, Microservices and on Cloud. Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Demandware is a plus.

- Strong SDLC experience including Agile/Waterfall is required.

- Strong facilitation, leadership, creative thinking, and collaboration skills required. Must display resiliency and the ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

- Experience working with virtual teams across time zones

Must have: Technical and development experience:

1. Minimum 13 years of hands on experience in the architecture, design, development and implementation of large-scale web and mobile applications for consumers adhering to non-functional requirements like security, reliability, scalability and availability standards

2. 5+ years of experience in architecting the solutions for e-Commerce or Digital Marketing using diverse platforms and products

3. Experience in defining logical and physical solution architectures for business cases

4. Experience in defining system integration architectures and ability to work with partner System Integrators

5. Experience in collaborating with Enterprise Architects for aspects related to integration with other systems like CMS, OMS, PIM, DAM, Master Data Platforms, Analytics, etc.

6. Experience integrating on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions

7. Experience in ensuring global solution adheres to non-functional requirements and ability to manage architectural and technical risk

8. Ability to develop technical best practices and ensure adherence to them. Define code and development standards

9. Overall responsibility for the quality of the technical solution delivered by the project teams

10. Work with project management and business analysts to manage the flexible scope with business owners

11. Technical leadership and mentoring of technical leads and development teams

12. Experience of working closely with Quality Assurance stream to maintain strong focus on the high quality throughout the entire process

13. Integration experience with multiple third-party vendors for payment gateway solutions, Gifting/ Loyalty, Ratings & Reviews and Social Networking sites

14. Exposure to headless architectures like Single Page Applications (SPA) and Progressive Web Applications (PWA)

15. Strong, in-depth, programming skills in a popular programming language like Java adopting practices like CI/CD using Jenkins, TDD, BDD etc. is required

16. Experience with front end development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JQuery, ReactJS)

Additional Skill - Technical and development experience

- Good understanding of Content Management Systems. Specific knowledge of Sitecore CMS is a bonus

- Strong experience delivering eCommerce solutions. Specific knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a bonus

- Experience of Azure or AWS cloud ecosystem is a plus

- Experience in multi-country, multi-brand deployments is a plus
