FieldAssist - Graphic Designer - Photoshop/Illustrator (2-4 yrs) (FieldAssist)

We're looking for a versatile graphics designer to join FieldAssist who has a deep interest in playing with shapes, colors, and visuals

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Individually Head responsibility to conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics projects on time and within budget.

- Coordinate with the marketing team and others to confirm marketing objectives and philosophy of thought leadership for alignment in designs.

- Assist team for creative thinking with visuals, sketches, and as well as brainstorming sessions. Then work on initial sketches to create a variety of design solutions.

- Work with the product team to generate/translate graphical product mock-ups for product updates/website/sales deck.

- Develop and design different layouts for sales-deck, social media posts, brochure, graphical product mock-ups for product updates/website/sales deck.

- Maintain consistency of design collaterals in terms of design quality, design principles and design language

- Take up website design, branding exercises when initiated

- Take up Video Designs with animations and transitions following Motion Design Principles.

Technical and interpersonal skills :

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and more from Adobe creative suite

- Any web-based tool like Canva etc.

- Strong graphic design skills

- Layout & Analytical skills

- Creativity and Originality

- Time-management & Communication skills

- Handles rejection/feedbacks/criticism
