Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading a team and to help build assets which will be crucial to showcase to our potential clients.
- Help with establishing DX way and CI/CD and provide inputs to integrating Salesforce with other cloud and non-cloud solutions like Sales, Service and Community Cloud experience are mandatory. Marketing Cloud experience is nice to have.
- Technically Savvy Salesforce senior developers with expertise with Lightning Framework, Apex, Visual Force, Triggers and Patterns.
- Coding best practices including optimization, Re-usability and Scalability.
- Ability to independently work on technical requirements and mentor other junior team members.
- Responsible for source code management including check-in, code merges and branch management, using tools such as Git and Jenkins.
- Should be able to build the team(hiring).
Educational Qualifications : B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.S / MCA graduate (preferably from a reputed college or University) with minimum 5-12 years of experience in Salesforce development with a Product based company (Preferably Cloud or Mobile based)
Technical Attributes :
- 6+ years of experience developing large-scale solutions on the Force.com platform with 3+ years of experience working on lightning.
- Lead project's technical design and work on complex modules including but not limiting to - Code Review, Author Technical Design Documents, weigh in technical options for a given requirement and provide the most relevant technical solution.
- Must have led at least 4 large Enterprise Salesforce Projects.
- A minimum of 6 Salesforce Certifications are mandatory.
- Must be a champion across the different Software development methodologies.
- Must lead Orals, RFPs and client proposals along with the development team as required.
- Prefer working in the PST(Pacific standard time/San Francisco time zone) or at least 4 hours of overlap.
