Salesforce Architect - SFDC Sales Cloud (8-14 yrs) (BLJ Tech Geeks)

We are hiring for the role of Salesforce Architect with (Health cloud) in an IT company based out Pune location.

JOB ROLES :

- Acting as a Salesforce Solution Architect you are responsible for creating CRM solutions, steering the solution & architectural strategy across the Salesforce platforms.

- Collaborate with business and programme stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements (design, lay-out workflow/process automation).

- Create Salesforce solution designs for new Bank solutions, provide oversight on the architecture and design of various Salesforce domains within the COE.

- Conduct (technical) process reviews, UATs and work in close partnership with the business consultants.

- Build integration strategies based on pre-established guidelines from Technical Architects using existing tools available.

- Gather data migration requirements, define a data migration plan and perform complex data migrations requiring transformation using a database, and potentially containing very large data sets.

- Analyse data quality requirements, define data quality plan and execute.

- Participate in review boards concerning development and architecture of target conceptual solution designs for Salesforce.

- Lead/contribute towards initiatives that help build the Salesforce Centre of Excellence.

What will you be doing ?

- Architectural roadmap for the implementations within the COE.

- Create feasible, scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that meet the business goals.

- Oversee projects/implementations to ensure compliance to the architecture roadmap.

- Work closely with the EDA stakeholders to ensure the architecture aligns to Enterprise Architecture.

What We're Looking For :

- Extensive hands-on experience using Salesforce.

- Proficient in building solutions using one of more Salesforce cloud offerings like Sales, Service, Health and Marketing Cloud.

- Problem solver with exposure to diverse Application Designs and System Architectures including API Integration and Data Transformation.
