SFDC Architect - Sales Cloud/AppExchange (8-10 yrs) (Panchjanya HR Services)

Required skill

- Lead and mentor team of Salesforce developers with hands on development especially in key areas

- Has hands on experience in developing and integrating Secure REST APIs and Connected Apps for large scale integrations

- Deliver periodic quality enhancements and drive architectural initiatives to improve the reliability and quality of our solutions

- Track backlog of architectural initiatives and coordinate with product team to generate appropriate priorities

- You will be responsible for architecting/Designing solutions across our suite of Salesforce applications - managed and unmanaged packages

- You will Cultivate, disseminate, and enforce functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices.

- You will work closely with the product team to identify and understand business needs and translate into technical solutions

- Focus on, and well versed in, security; performance; scale; reliability; usability; and quality

- Responsible for creating, collaborating, and maintaining overall design (class diagrams, component diagrams, sequence diagrams, documents) of Salesforce solution

- Promote and defend solution with customers and vendors - including collaboration on solutions to meet customer needs

- Support and guidance for devops environments, pipelines, source code and branching implementation

- Experience with a complete secure software development life cycle

Preferred:

- Certified SFDC Application architect.

- Salesforce Certified Sales/Financial Cloud Consultant

- Experience with Publishing Managed packages on App Exchange

- Experience with LMA and COA and end to end cash flow options

- Telecommunication experience (voice over IP)

- 10 years of exp.
