Ongoing Support Developer - SQL Server (3-5 yrs) (Freelance Recruiter)

Job Responsibilities :

You will be working collaboratively with developers and ongoing support managers to plan and deliver customer requirements. You will use your talent and experience throughout the support life cycle. We will bring your dreams and goals to life and ensure that you are an active contributor to our growth.

Missions :

- Responsible for timely delivery of daily and ad-hoc requests for the clients

- Should take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliver as per the SLAs

- Should adhere to the organizational SOPs and WIs while performing the tasks

- Accountable for documenting and maintaining the work instructions associated with each process

- Should promptly report and communicate to the stakeholders

- Should actively participate in the organizational training and knowledge transition sessions and update the documentation as needed

- Should train the other team members for the assigned tasks and conduct / participate in knowledge sharing sessions

- Should promptly inform / report to the lead and follow proper defined escalation guidelines

- Should participate in the automation of tasks in the post-production environment for the activities as needed

Qualifications and Experience Required :

We are looking for talented and passionate individuals who like team-working and can share their knowledge across teams with the following skillsets

- Should have 3 to 5 years of working experience in SQL Server

- Must have good verbal and written communication skills

- Must have good knowledge on creating and understanding database schemas.

- Proficient in SQL queries, DML, DCL and TCL statements

- Understanding of joins, sub queries, stored procedures, triggers, packages, functions in SQL is a must

- Good knowledge of ETL tools

- Should have working experience in MS Excel and related functions

- Scripting language for automation of post-production tasks is a plus

- Experience in AZURE cloud (Azure Data Factory) and BI analytics tools is and added advantage

- Knowledge and experience of pharma and life sciences domain on Veeva / Salesforce is a plus.

Certifications and other Knowledge

- Knowledge of Veeva CRM will be a plus
