Technical Manager - Salesforce Enterprise Platforms (10-14 yrs) (Multi Recruit)

The Technical Manager - Salesforce.com Enterprise Platforms, will be responsible for managing the delivery teams, developing multiple product enhancements through the entire life cycle from requirements gathering to implementation and support in an Agile environment. This person will be the main point of contact for all large systems that the internal team and customers use on a regular basis. 


The Technical Manager - Salesforce.com Enterprise Platforms will be responsible for :

- Effectively driving positive change through holding others accountable for execution and results in a collaborative environment. Managing scope of product development and enhancements from inception to closure.

- Managing development team, mentoring team in all technical aspects, ownership of application, preparing project teams for kick-off, ensuring effective completion of development milestones, controlling scope, mitigating risks.

- Complying with metrics that provide internal visibility of project health. Working with EDC Management and central PMO to ensure organization-wide goals for resource utilization are achieved.

- Clearly defining and articulating project risk items in a way that the risks are understood.

- Ensuring team members are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards. Promoting teamwork and culture of accountability.

- Providing quality project deliverables including kick-off presentations, project plans, status reports, budget burn reports, requirements and design documentation, and deployment plans.

- Implementing process solutions and enhancements using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

- Applying compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, providing documentation and participating in compliance activities as required.

- Day to day platform configuration management, implementing Salesforce best practices & latest features.

- Leading teams through various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, requirements engineering, architecture design, development, enhancements, testing

The Successful Applicant :

- 5 - 10 years of project management experience in a variety of industries and business areas.

- 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Commerce Cloud and Integrations utilizing proven project management processes and Agile frameworks.

- Experience defining detailed project scope and plans from business and technology objectives.

- Strong executive presence and ability to work closely with senior technology and business leaders to ensure that delivery expectations are developed, managed and met.

- Experience in leading and directing all levels of project team members, including business and technology resources, to achieve project and program objectives.

- Ability to perform work with minimal management oversight.

- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership in the business and technology and tailor communications to all levels within the organization including Executive Management.

- Ability to rapidly accept and assimilate changes (organization, process, or technology) and quickly focus on achieving post-change results.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in identifying and resolving project issues.

- Broad technical and business knowledge and with the ability to learn rapidly and independently.

- Experience working with agencies and technology providers.

- Proven ability to work across geographies and cultures.

Preferred :

- Certification in SFDC Admin, PD1, PD2, Sales or Service cloud, Scrum, Project Management.

- Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA or similar project tracking system
