Job Description :
- This role would develop and maintain manual/automation scripts used for IAP processes. Script design, test script generation/maintenance, test execution, report generation, results analysis, bottleneck analysis, defect generation and following up for closure.
- The role requires an understanding of testing RPA tools, techniques, test scripts, and ensure RPA Software Quality across all process's automation.
- Work alongside the RPA Development and Operations team during the software development cycle to ensure meticulous planning and test execution, allowing for seamless and controlled hand-off to production.
- Provide subject matter expertise for Salesforce Testing CoE and responsible for the development and execution of Test Scripts preparation, user manual creation, maintenance, execution, audit support across multiple projects and program of works.
Qualifications/Experience :
- 2- 5 + years demonstrable experience with Robotics Testing background and working on large complex environments as Testing SME and experienced with various testing frameworks and tools including Selenium, Load Runner, LeanFT, etc.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Desirable - Relevant ITSM and Testing Certifications
Communication :
- Communicate effectively with both external customer and internal team members and other stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Understands how to communicate complex technical issues to all levels of audience effectively
