Role Purpose :
- Provide subject matter expertise for Salesforce Testing CoE and responsible for the development and execution of Test Scripts preparation, user manual creation, maintenance, execution, audit support across multiple projects and program of works.
- Demonstrable experience in Java scripting, Selenium and testing with Salesforce large complex deployments
Key requirements/accountabilities of role :
- This role would develop and maintain manual/automation scripts used for Salesforce applications.
- Script design, test script generation/maintenance, test execution, report generation, results analysis, bottleneck analysis, defect generation and follow up for closure.
- The role requires an understanding of the Salesforce platform, techniques, test scripts, and ensure Software Quality.
- Work alongside the Development and Operations team during the software development cycle to ensure meticulous planning and test execution, allowing for seamless and controlled hand-off to production.
- Working in agile methodology.
Qualifications/Experience :
- 5- 8+ years demonstrable experience working on large complex environments as Testing SME and experienced with various testing frameworks and tools including Selenium, Load Runner, LeanFT, etc.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Desirable - Relevant ITSM and Testing Certifications
Communication :
- Communicate effectively with both external customers and internal team members and other stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Understands how to communicate complex technical issues to all levels of the audience effectively
