About opportunity :

- You will be a key member of Cigniti's Salesforce COE development team & will be taking an active part in Salesforce COE activities with respect to Development, helping Cigniti's Salesforce center of excellence team with your technical/development expertise in both internal projects /products and salesforce projects.

- Successful resource will be coming for strong Salesforce development background with relevant certifications and below mentioned skills Requirement:

- Should have strong experience in Salesforce Datamodel, Design, Customization and Configuration on Sales & Service Clouds

- Must have strong expertise in Salesforce security, Roles, Profiles, FLS, Workflows, Process Builder & Reports

- Should be strong in APEX, VisualForce, Lightning Framework, LWC Development, Triggers, Page Layouts

- Should be experienced in Integration with external web application, Multi-Cloud integration, Social Channels

- Experienced in providing POCs (Proof Of Concepts), Demos, etc..

- Should have technical management as well as people management experience

- Ability to work as Individual Contributor as well as a architect

- Should have knowledge in other Salesforce Cloud products like Marketing, Communities, Analytics, etc.

- Should have experience in Salesforce.com end-to-end Implementation and Support projects

- Extensive knowledge in Salesforce Packages, Third party applications, Tools and API interfaces

- Excellent communication and Client facing skills are must

- Should have experience in working with different geographies like US, UK, APAC, etc..

- Should have strong experience Onsite-Offshore model

- Should be able to work on Salesforce practice initiatives suggested by management

- Develop tools/capabilities with his/her technical expertise

- Should work like an individual contributor as well as working with team

- Should take active part in Salesforce COE activities with respect to Development

- Salesforce Certifications - PD-I, PD-II, Administrator and Other Salesforce Certifications. (Good to have)

- B1 Visa for USA or any other countries (Optional)

- Experience in Salesforce Testing projects (Good to have)

- Solutions/CoE (Centre of Excellence) experience (Good to have)
