Roles & Responsibilities :
- Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities
- Prepare documentation covering design and code
- To be able to follow agile to develop the story with the high-level solution approach, come up with the effort estimation in story points, Strong view of Agile execution supporting in Sprint QA testing, Expertise in the planning of builds, packaging the builds to deliver in time to support QA target sign-off within the Sprint itself
- Assist in the design and development of custom Salesforce platform and custom Salesforce applications
- Should be able to refer and update the Salesforce best practices and apply to those recommended principles to the core of the development practices
- Well versed with Salesforce Development tools including Static Analyser, Performance Tools, Packaging Tools, Deployment Tools (DevOps)
- Minimum 10 years of Salesforce hands-on Development experience
- Ability to code from scratch within Apex, VF, and have Lightning exposure
- Strong experience with custom Applications
- Strong experience with AppExchange
- Ability to function with new technologies
- Minimum 8 years experience with Salesforce Service, Sales Cloud
- Minimum 10 years experience in Salesforce Development including Custom Objects, Performance Tuning, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, and
- Minimum 10 years experience with the full software development lifecycle
- An understanding of Object-Oriented design methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team oriented environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and Good communication to articulate, Documentation using Confluence and JIRA tracking of User-Story management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Qualifications : Education and Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Must have at least 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development
Must-Have Skill Sets :
- Must have experience as a technical lead or senior level Salesforce (APEX) development skills.
- Strong focus for Salesforce Development Process and Engineering of Product Development
- Must have integration experience between Salesforce to other applications.
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Agile background preferred.
- Saesforce.com and Apex/Visualforce capabilities preferred.
- Salesforce Lightning a plus.
