Key Skills :
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 20000+ users
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
- Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary Salesforce subject matter expert to resolve issues.
- Provide technical systems support including, but not limited to, diagnosing, and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws, perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions, or alternate methods to meet requirements, constant monitoring of the environments and enforce hygiene aspects to maintain the stability.
- Partner with internal and external functional and technical support analysts to coordinate application upgrades and patches.
- Work closely with the team of Salesforce administrators and developers to build and deliver projects.
- Generate key measurement reports from Salesforce and period ad hoc customized reports for special projects as needed. Monitor/audit data entry for accuracy.
- Serve as systems liaison with internal and external third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. - Any department using Salesforce). Serve as primary Salesforce contact with external Salesforce technical consultants and support groups (e.g. - Global Product Support and Success Group).
- Facilitate the configuration and implementation of Salesforce System and any related components.
Preferences :
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
