- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com, Apex and Visual force technologies
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce.com security model
- Good understanding of overall SFDC architecture & landscape.
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration concepts and related configurations including organizational structure and integrations.
- Understand Salesforce integration with large applications End to End.
- Assist in design, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT architecture, experience in Agile, Scrum Methodologies.
- Using consulting skills, business knowledge and SFDC CRM experience, participate in functional discussion with internal teams (Business, Design, Build, Test teams).
