Video Lead - Creative Suite/Motion Graphics (5-15 yrs) (Zallery)

Job Responsibilities :

- Establish and maintain motion graphic guidelines and templates based on cutting-edge graphic design principles

- Produce and direct video shoots and photo shoots

 - Be hands-on throughout all aspects of video creation: storyboarding, shooting, motion graphics, sound design, etc/

- Push the boundaries of how solar and storage can be communicated to installers and homeowners through video

- Own the production schedule to produce videos on a weekly basis

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

- 5 to 10 years of video experience

- Strong preference for candidates with an understanding of electrical basics and solar industry experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

- Familiarity with marketing software platforms such as HubSpot, Drupal, and Salesforce

- Excellent project management skills, especially in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with both internal and external resources

- Must be organized and detail-oriented

- Strong team player not afraid to present new, creative ideas
