As a Lead Salesforce Developer at Whitehat Jr you will lead a team of salesforce developers, you shall ensure shall that end to end salesforce requirements are met and delivered. Be it our consumer application or any other application for internal use. You shall be directly reporting to VP Technology and group CTO to ensure all the salesforce requirement are met

As a Salesforce (SFDC) Application Engineering Manager for the Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for the development, operations, and support of Salesforce instances managed by the Center of Excellence. You will be responsible for recruiting and building a team of engineers and systems administrators, who will work with clients across the company to configure Salesforce and build any necessary integrations to other first-party or third-party systems, that appropriately addresses various use cases. You will also be responsible for developing appropriate DevOps processes and implementing any relevant tools necessary to ensure effective and efficient scaling of the DevOps function.

Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of engineers and systems administrators to configure, develop, and administer salesforce instances used by clients across the company.

- Collaborate with SFDC solution architects to translate designs for specific use cases into scalable SFDC solutions. Build plans, assign resources, and ensure prompt delivery.

- Build and implement appropriate Development and Operations processes/tools to manage an effective Development organization. Develop and maintain appropriate integrations between Salesforce and other third-party or first-party systems.

- Work with development teams to ensure solution designs aligns with the overall architecture roadmap for the Center of Excellence. Advise on release management processes and change management considerations.

- Identify and develop reusable SFDC components to share with other organizations within the company. Work closely with Google Product teams to define the right technology stacks and data requirements

Required qualifications :

- Experience implementing large SFDC organizations in a multi-tenancy setting.

- Experience with Agile and Scrum, and lightning process.

- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform

- Ability to translate business needs into high level SFDC technology architecture.

- Ability to take initiative and handle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups. Ability to influence others, build consensus, and effectively resolve conflict.

- Excellent attention to detail, project management, and written and verbal communication skills. Excellent project management skills.

- Should have experience in Third Party Integration and bulding salesforce technology for a produ ct based company.

- The ideal candidate should have an experience of Minimum 7 to 10 years extensively building the salesforce infrastructure for product Based company

- Should be B.tech / M.tech from an institute of repute

- Should relocate to Mumbai Post Covid Subsides
