Manages various IT projects and ongoing support including Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, SharePoint and various other enterprise cloud and on-premise applications. PMP- or equivalent certification preferred.
Job Description :
1. Maintain project documentation in accordance with best practices.
2. Works under the guidance of the (Center of Excellence) office to align various solution components with end-to-end business processes and other enterprise architecture.
3. Manages resources usage and allocation for projects.
4. Manage and conduct business requirement, gap analysis and function requirement workshops with key business users and stakeholders.
5. Ensure deliverables and project milestones are met.
6. Proficient in using MS Project and be able to manage resource load balancing and deliver the project in time and in budget.
7. Perform end-of-phase reviews with the COE team and Management office and consultants/ vendors.
8. Reports deviations and non-compliances to COE office.
9. Maintain costs and risk documentation and report to the COE.
10. Follow-up with stake holders, key users, core team and consulting team to meet the project objectives and deliverables.
11. Interact with Business core team for gap analysis and fitment.
12. Manage and track project changes and resolve issues that result from such changes.
13. Identify, analyze, respond and monitor project risks and escalate as required.
14. Be able to monitor support SLAs and document monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicator).
15. Document Design Consideration and keep it up to date for any new and existing projects.
16. Support with internal personnel, auditors and regulatory bodies, etc.
17. Manage the Application Support team for performance, skill update and training.
Certification & Skills Required :
1. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a thorough understanding of project management and usage of project management tools for management and reporting. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
2. Must demonstrate ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, as well as interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceMax, SharePoint, SAP applications, preferred.
4. Ability to define systems strategy, develops systems requirements, and implements practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
5. Ability to collaborate with business users and stake holders to resolve problems.
6. Superior organization and project management skills.
7. Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management
8. Must be Hands on Application Support of at least one core Application.
