Job Description :
In this role, you will be responsible for both back and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and implementing plugins. As the WordPress Developer, Shopify awareness you should have a strong understanding of CMS/CRM systems and current industry trends. You will need to work self-directed, as well as collaborate with the creative, account and digital teams to develop digital solutions and assets that efficiently meet agency (and client) objectives.
What you'll do :
- Develop responsive WordPress sites and landing page or Shopify
- Customize WordPress themes
- Work closely with the creative team to match visual design intent
- Oversee website migrations
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Manage 3rd party API integration
- 1+ years relevant SEO and marketing experience, ideally in an agency
- Good understanding of search performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Communicate with the project managers on product timing and deliverables
- Work with digital team to implement analytics/campaign tracking tag
- Experience or good familiarity with SEO research tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AWR
- Experience or good familiarity with CRMs such as Hubspot, SalesForce, Pardot, and Sugar
- Experience or good familiarity with testing and analytics tools such as VWO, Crazy Egg, HotJar, CallRail, and Mongoose Metrics
- Good experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Not afraid to work hard, be humble, ask questions, and learn new things!
- English proficiency
