Job Description:
Key Responsibilities for Salesforce Field Service Lightning Lead Developer:
1. Lead a team of 8-10 developers
2. Prepare Technical Design based on business requirements for Service Cloud and FSL
3. Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality
4. Conduct peer review, guide team members
5. Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget
6. Must be proficient with Salesforce Apex, lightning and batch classes
Technical Experience :
1. At least 8+ years of Salesforce solution development experience. 3+ years' experience working with Salesforce FSL or must have done 2 end to end projects in FSL
2. Should be a Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant
3. Solid abilities with FSL (Field Service Lightning) & Service Cloud.
4. Solid experience setting up FSL data models - Work Orders, Service Resources, Service Appointments, Territories, Skills, etc, AND setup configuration (routing, scheduling, policies, etc) to implement business processes.
5. Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization 2 SME in Salesforce Integration, Service Cloud and FSL PD1 or PD2 Certified 3 Development project on custom development using Force.Com
6. Min 3 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology 4 Lightning Development, Lightning Components, Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation 5 Expert in troubleshooting to find out appropriate Root Cause Analysis 6 Knowledge of Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management
7. Must have Salesforce ServiceMax Technical/Functional Skills
8. Must have Hands on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Workflow/ Process Builder, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class, Web services/APEX/REST
