Job description:

As a service cloud consultant, your work will be focused around:

- Salesforce service domain and expect at least 5 years of experience in salesforce service.

- Must have Field Service Lightning experience and specifically around lightening scheduler.

- Work order and Case management part of service module

- Must have worked on salesforce community solution.

- You will partner with Sr. Solution architect and business analysts to complete configuration requirements.

- Address incidents and enhancements for business.

- Work with Solution architects and business managers to deploy approved changes to higher environments.
