Roles and Responsibility :
- To update and to maintain the new or existing application as required to meet requirements as specified
- Understanding the requirements, independently identifying the right solution while keeping the bigger picture of the product intact
- Competency in setting up, writing API server from scratch
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of low-latency and scalable applications
- Writing Docker files and deploying those in Kubernetes environment
- Resourceful, able to drive towards results in a start-up style environment
Preferred Skills :
- 6+ years of experience in core Python - Lead level experience
- Working Knowledge in at least one of Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, web2py, etc.
- Should be experienced in Django migrations and commands
- Should be able to come up with design document and architecture of the solution before starting to code
- Experience with multi-tenant applications and how to build and manage them
- Experience in at least one of RDBMS system such as Database such PostgreSQL, MySQL and Document based database such as MongoDB
- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable applications
- Knowledge of Docker is a must
- Desired: Good knowledge in ETL, MySql/Postgres, MongoDB, knowledge of micro services based architecture, Apache Airflow, AWS cloud
