Job Description :
1. The sale force developer is expected to liaise directly with the business/ PMO to understand the requirements prior to the start of actual coding works
2. Responsible for controlling the adaptability of all the APIs and their integration
3. Needs to prepare test data, plan and conduct module testing for new developments
4. Checks the processes and makes sure the communications within the CRM & other integrated systems are working efficiently
5. Examine time-based workflow and scheduled APEX queues to make sure there are no unexpected entries
6. Examine SFDC error and debug logs for any surprises. For any external application that synchronizes data with SFDC, look at its error logs to see if a new error pattern has developed
7. Run all APEX tests in the system to spot any new errors that may have crept in due to harmless changes in validation rules, triggers, or data clean up
8. As technology evolves, the Salesforce developer is expected to update programs as per user needs
9. Developing the code should be in accordance with the specifications and standards of development
10. Ongoing documentation throughout the development also forms a major role of the Salesforce Developer
