Primary Skill: Salesforce /CRM front Testing
Job Type: (Permanent / Contract)
Location: Onsite / Offshore (Pune)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers and Customer Support teams in identifying and primarily to ensure building testable and automatable components.
- Participate in an Agile team focused on developing automated testing solutions
- Participate in daily scrum meetings and lead all the QA sprint members in different test phases.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving expertise
- Build Automation Test coverage, Test Summary & Requirement traceability reports
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Must Have:
- Knowledge of software development, design patterns, release process, test methodologies
- Exposure with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, or similar)
- Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, JAVA, Python)
- Good Knowledge on Salesforce Service, Sales Cloud & Data Migration Testing with Package Validation.
- Experience developing and executing Salesforce functional and integration tests.
- Experience maintaining a Salesforce manual regression test library and sound knowledge of Salesforce Health cloud.
- Knowledge on Custom Objects and Tabs, Email services, Security Controls, AppExchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.
- Proficient with Rest and SOAP API testing (Postman, RestSharp, or REST-assured, SOAPUI) and DB testing.
- Good understanding of database and should be able to write the SQL queries
- Familiar with Builds and Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
- Good to have SahiPro test automation tool.
Plus:
1. Knowledge of Salesforce /CRM Portals.
2. Knowledge of MuleSoft Technical Product.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce Phoenix
4. Knowledge of Health Cloud
Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science and 2+ years of experience as a Developer or SDET.
