Salesforce Architect - Apex/Visual Force (8-14 yrs) (EagleView)

EagleView is looking for a Salesforce Architect to work closely and effectively with key business owners/teams in planning, implementation, and maintenance of critical Salesforce projects. This individual will interact closely with business, sales operations, support and systems teams to provide ongoing support for projects of varying size, duration, and complexity as well as supporting existing solutions. The ideal candidate will design efficient and scalable solutions to meet specific business requirements in Salesforce and lead an agile team of dedicated Salesforce experts. Responsibilities :

- Design customized solutions in Salesforce and associated systems that support EagleView's business requirements and processes

- Consult business teams regarding the design of scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements

- Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions in accordance with SDLC best practices

- Engage with business partners to review operational procedures, identify inefficiencies and design, develop and configure customizable and scalable processes and solutions

- Conduct reviews of Salesforce data, developing complex CRM solutions to ensure that best practices are adhered to and the best data solutions are provided

- Review upcoming Salesforce release features and updates to integrated applications and provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency, stability and productivity

- Personify Salesforce technical competency, fun, and team leadership

- Build relationships at every level of the organization

Skills & Requirements :

- A Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited educational institution

- Minimum 7 years architect and development experience within Salesforce

- Salesforce Application Architect certification required

- Experience designing and implementing at least one complete end-to-end customer journey solution using Sales and Service clouds

- Very high proficiency with SOQL, APEX, Visualforce, Web Services, API integrations

- Experience with complex data migration scenarios, SOQL, and data quality tools (e.g. DemandTools)

- Self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to understand business and technical requirements and "speak the language" of the various stakeholders

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with technical and non-technical team members and work collaboratively and cross-functionally

- A results-oriented individual who can make a difference; an individual who takes initiative, makes things happen, accepts accountability and has a "can do" attitude; has a sense of urgency and can learn quickly in a dynamic environment

- Must be able to work across multiple time zones

Preferred Requirements :

- A post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited educational institution

- Any of the following Salesforce certifications including:

- System Architect

- Technical Architect

- Community Cloud Consultant

- Heroku Architecture Designer

- CPQ Specialist

- High proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS

- Experience converting from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning

- Experience in managing Salesforce integrated applications such as CPQ or Salesforce Maps
