Position Summary:

Senior Developer are in charge of the design and configuration of the Marketing Technology (SFMC). Leveraging the required technical skill set to build sophisticated ETL processes, extend product functionality, and set -up the large-scale delivery of communications with dynamic content in real -time.

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Technology Senior Developer (SFMC) will be responsible for analysis, development, testing and documentation for Salesforce Marketing Cloud based projects. Additionally, the Developer will also engage in support and enhancement requests.

Primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and managing solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You are a SME, with hands on experience on SFMC. Experience with administration of SFMC is also a requirement.

This senior developer should have hands on experience executing SFMC projects, with experience developing solutions with following SFMC solutions:

- Email Studio

- Mobile Studio

- Journey Builder

- Interaction Studio

- This Senior Developer will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams.

- The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. You should also be comfortable in providing a level of effort estimates for the technical portion of solutions

Requirements:

- Eager to learn new applications of traditional technologies

- Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience

- Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus

- Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing applications and processes is a plus

- Experience in technology integrations with SalesForce Marketing cloud (Messaging)

- Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as Campaign RoI metrics and KRAs

- 1+ years of experience in cross channel marketing campaign delivery, like Push Notifications, In-App deliveries

- 5+ years of SQL development experience including ETL implementations

- 5+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)

- 5+ years of enterprise software implementation experience

- At least 1-year experience working with XML is desirable

- 2 years minimum of experience with SFMCplatform and + 1 more year in working on Campaign management technology implementations

- 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent

- Any campaign related certification is an added advantage
