Salesforce Developer Noida 3 - 5 yrs | Noida

You should have a minimum 3 years of experience in salesforce and have an understanding of end to end process.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and communicate project dependencies and impacts.

- Create and maintain a consolidated timeline, highlighting the major milestones and associated dates for project activities.

- Set expectations and ensure on-going control of the project (E.g., Kick off meeting, overall Project Management Approach, Risk Management, Issues Management, Change Control, etc.).

- Define project governance outlining roles/responsibilities and decision rights.

- Guarantee success criteria be defined upfront to promote alignment.

- Keep all stakeholders (internal external) engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout project.

- Communicate the projects progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle.

- Assist Management with the financial aspects of assigned projects.

Required skills :

- Experience with development in Service Cloud: case management consoles, processes, workflows, escalation and case assignment rules, and customer service portals.

- Experience with development in Sales Cloud: leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, products, pricebooks, and quote generation.

- Proficiency with the APEX applications integration layer and customization environment; specifically, creating, adapting and streamlining triggers, classes, methods, controllers, as well as creating Visualforce pages, and API integrations.

- Experience with Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.

- Salesforce Certified Developer or Advanced Developer certifications preferred.

- Understanding of IT general control for application change management and strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into system functionality.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills :

- Good communication skills(verbal and written)

- Expertise and SFDC experience

- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills, plus excellent written and oral communication abilities.
