Job Description :
- Develop and execute customer-driven, locally oriented end-to-end marketing strategies and programs to increase customer demand.
- Collaborate with other marketing automation consultants and Solution Architects to deliver breakthrough ideas and innovation in the go-to-market strategy for net-new business via all relevant mediums and channels.
- Work closely with the leadership teams to align marketing programs to business and sales objectives and priorities and ensure all the targets are met.
- Improve and apply processes and best practices to ensure program success, making programs globally visible and available, and measure outcomes.
- Develops and shares subject matter expertise, business knowledge, or best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gain input into the program strategy, campaign approach, creative direction, and impact measurement (goals/performance).
- Have the capability to orchestrate, negotiate, prioritize, and manage project deliverables with other members of the marketing organization as needed.
- Responsible for timely deliverables within the team.
- Cross-train internal team members on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool and account-specific processes.
- Create and maintain account/client specific documentation (Operations Manual, Process documents, etc)
- Identify opportunities to streamline the process through automation
- Conduct A/B testing and test campaign effectiveness on SFMC.
Skills and Qualifications :
- SFMC Email Specialist Certified required
- SFMC Consultant Certified a bonus
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect Configuration
- AMPscript knowledge a bonus
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in marketing automation with at least 2 years of work experience on SMC.
- Solid B2B marketing experience, preferably with clients in the high-tech, manufacturing, business services sectors
- A strong background working with and transforming marketing data, experience integrating marketing data with CRM is a plus
- Experience in another marketing automation platform (Marketo, Eloqua) is a plus
- Web Development with HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, ASP and/or PHP is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
