Job Description :

- Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team and Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans processes and communication standards

- Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans

- Own the communication and execution of solution hand over to client services service delivery technology and other team members at designated milestones

- Hands on with HTML CSS RDBMS SQL JavaScript and other web development related technologies Exposure to Campaign management CRM and Or Cloud

- Development and support experience in Marketing Cloud projects preferably in Exact target

- Experience with Journey Builder Automation Email Studio and Marketing Cloud setup and configuration

- Knowledgeable in all modules of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and support Email SMS, Web Social
