1. 10 years' experience in Project Delivery.

2. Experience with servicing/consulting organization as Delivery Manager.

3. Good experience in salesforce & Web applications preferably NodeJS and angular.

4. Experience in E2E project delivery & implementation experience

5. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

6. Define project schedules, allocate resources, scope and time management

7. Manage one or more projects for our customers providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions.

8. Manage multiple teams working on different projects and track the project timelines.

9. Managing and ensuring that all potential risks are properly communicated to all stakeholders

10. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

11. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

12. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

13. Organized and facilitated Agile and Scrum meetings, which included Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums or Stand-up, Sprint Check-In, Sprint Review and Retrospective. Giving direction and support to project team

14. Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

15. Experience in client relationship management, project co- ordination and delivery management in an onsite- offshore model

16. Expertise in end-to-end implementation of various projects including designing and implementation of software apps also implement quality management procedures and systems.

17. Good interpersonal skills with all the stakeholders like fellow team members and development managers
