Brief about the role :
- The Salesforce Administrator has concrete experience as a client-facing technical subject matter expert within the specific domains of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud applications and tools.
- She/he is responsible for architecting and implementing solutions across the Salesforce Financial Services platform and integrations with Salesforce for various business lines and client segments.
- She/he must have a good understanding of data and SQL as well as scripting, integrations, API capabilities and building customer journeys.
- Responsible for configuration and maintenance of functionality related to Salesforce;
- Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Maps and Pardot;
- Automated functions (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Triggers);
- Building custom objects, formula field, workflows, views;
- Security maintenance;
- User-support, education and department-wide training;
- Data management including mass uploads, data cleansing, de-duping accounts, contacts etc;
- Implement process improvements and automations to optimize operational and support processes;
- Strong ability to develop and support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud functionality including complex reporting and dashboards;
- Manages all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud release upgrades;
- Communicates regularly with the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud designated super users to support them in their role and provide information and training on new features and functionality. (Support may include assistance with data imports/exports, assistance with data integrity projects or other requests.);
- Communicates regularly with Business Leads, IT Systems Leadership, CRM Steering Committee and other stakeholders to ensure functionality meets field needs and to develop ongoing project plan;
- Maintains familiarity with other IT system /business application capabilities and scope definition in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience;
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, implementation & development skills;
- Familiarity with integrations for Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot and other Salesforce Apps;
- Ability to write SQL queries and relational database experience;
- Experience with CSS and HTML for email creation;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, both in French and English;
- A proven problem-solver;
- Ability to present technical information to non-technical clients and internal team members.
