IDEAL CANDIDATE :

- Helps with design and development of Salesforce.com based customizations and integrations.

- Documents and builds reusable components with force.com.

- Works closely with in-house and offshore customers to maximize product and services effectiveness.

- Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

- Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.

- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.

MUST HAVE : Salesforce.com Platform Developer II certified (APEX, Lightning) YEARS EXPERIENCE :

- 2+ years of SFDC Lightning experience

- 2+ years of APEX/Visualforce Development Experience building complex customizations/products

- 2+ years of experience building integrations/services with Web Services (SOAP) and/or REST

- 2+ years of NodeJS/Angular, AJAX, JSON development

- 2+ years of leading technology development teams (onshore/offshore)

- 2+years of HTML development
