1. Good understanding of the Salesforce platform and best practices to implement the solution.

2. Working experience in writing Apex classes, Lightning components, LWC, controllers, Triggers following salesforce recommended practices.

3. Good working knowledge on building UI leveraging Visual force pages and lightning (LWC preferred).

4. Good understanding related to salesforce Out of the box solution like page layouts, workflows, Approvals, Reports, Dashboard, and others,

5. Integrating Salesforce with external applications following best practices

6. Should be able to take a business requirements convert into a salesforce solutions following best practices

7. Good oral and written communication with a can-do attitude

8. Should be willing to travel to U.K based on the COVID situation
