Saleforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (4-8 yrs) (IT Consultancy)

Position : Salesforce Developer

Role - Contract to Hire (long term contract, high possibility to get permanent after 6 months)

- To play the role of individual contributor and mentor in CRM Area (SalesForce.com)

- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.

- Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements

- Customize SalesForce.com as per business process needs of customer

- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs

- Create training materials and documentation for Salesforce.com users and train new end users on Salesforce.com and related applications

- Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (e.g., additional training sessions, communication, system modifications, etc.)

- Work closely with customers & partners to gather requirements and design solutions

- Translate business processes & requirements into functional & technical requirements

- Responsibility for creating functional / technical specifications and design

- Responsible for estimation and sizing of work

- Willingness to travel domestic as well as international

Qualifications : B.Tech / BE / MCA

Education and/or Experience Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in CRM

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SalesForce.com

- Strong Knowledge of APEX and VisualForce

- Knowledge of CRM related business processes

- Knowledge of Integration will be a plus

- Should have done at least 5 implementations of SalesForce
