Senior Salesforce Engineering Manager - Lightning Design System (7-12 yrs) (HireTale)

Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of engineers and systems administrators to configure, develop, and administer Salesforce instances used by clients across the company

- Collaborate with SFDC solution architects to translate designs for specific use cases into scalable SFDC solutions

- Build plans, assign resources, and ensure prompt delivery

- Build and implement appropriate Development and Operations processes/tools

- Develop and maintain appropriate integrations between Salesforce and other third-party or first-party systems

- Work with development teams to ensure solution designs aligns with the overall architecture roadmap for the Center of Excellence

- Advise on release management processes and change management considerations

- Identify and develop reusable SFDC components to share with other organizations within the company

Eligibility :

- Experience implementing large SFDC organizations in a multi-tenancy setting

- Experience with Agile and Scrum, and Lightning process

- Ability to translate business needs into high-level SFDC technology architecture

- Ability to take initiative and handle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups

- Excellent attention to detail, project management, and written and verbal communication skills
