Salesforce CPQ Consultant - Project Implementation (5-8 yrs) (Blitz Jobs)

Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize solutions using Salesforce CPQ platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements

- Ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed in configuring and customizing the application

- Communicate with project manager, scrum master, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet objectives successfully

- Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances

- Act as a Salesforce CPQ SME for complex functional issues as needed, especially related to determining when customer requirements require a custom solution and configuration and validation of new features

- Defining technical solution to the requirements, creating technical tasks for the team members, ensuring team follows the best practices and leading the team from technical front and owning the solution

- Ability to work under pressure, manage differences in opinions or solution approaches between business and technology stakeholders

Skill Requirements :

- 5 years of minimum experience in SFDC (Salesforce), Sales Cloud & Salesforce CPQ or any other CPQ required.

- Minimum one full cycle project implementations in Salesforce CPQ required.

- Salesforce CPQ Certified.

- Strong Salesforce CPQ functional & technical knowledge.

- Strong experience in configuring & customizing Salesforce CPQ application.

- Experience in customized CPQ integration with CRM/ERP applications.

- In depth knowledge in product configuration & rules, commerce process, document engine and pricing functionality in CPQ.

- Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes

- Strong experience in Agile way of working.

- Good analytical & problem solving skills.
