Job Requirements :
- Good experience in implementing CRM solutions with a minimum of 3 years worked as a functional consultant/BA in Salesforce Force.com domain.
- The Salesforce.com Functional Consultant is responsible for performing client needs analysis, identifying client business processes and creating requirements documents/User stories.
- The Functional Consultant will also configure systems as well as provide solutions consulting and recommendations for systems enhancements.
- This position is also responsible for solution design, configuration of Salesforce.com, and overall functional implementation and usability of systems.
- This position acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff to ensure all deliverables meet the client's business needs and our highest standards.
- Strong candidates will have senior-level consulting experience and skilled with technologies such as Salesforce and CRM solutions.
- Skilled with technologies such as Salesforce, Visio, Jira, Sales Cloud, CPQ Solutions
- Good written and verbal communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
