Job Description :
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Financial force PSA, APEX, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL is preferred - Advanced knowledge in analysis of business process, workflow and modeling
- Experience with accounting, financial, billing and/or other ERP systems and expertise improving/automating accounting and finance business processes
- Experience in managing and performing FinancialForce.com and related Salesforce.com configuration
- Develop and maintain scripts and content highlighting business value and capabilities that are unique to FinancialForce.
- Experience in accounting, supply chain management, or professional services
- Salesforce certifications preferred
- Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, and templates.
- Demonstrate a track record with standard SDLC and Agile implementation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems.
- Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.
- Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.
- Experience in documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies.
- Ability to handle full workload and meet proposed deadlines/ Ability to mentor junior team members.
