Responsibilities :
- Ownership of specific functional area in terms of requirements gathering, analysis & implementation.
- Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints
- Act as a product SME for complex functional issues as needed, especially related to determining when customer requirements require a custom solution and configuration and validation of new features
- Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects, Tech Leads & Developers to elaborate on the requirements
- Early involvement in solution design and estimations
- Analyze main business processes and requirements and translate into IT solutions
- Develop user stories/ wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements) and work with client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution
- Ongoing validation of deliverables against requirements.
- Flexibly respond to shifting business needs and priorities.
- Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements
- Train key users and ensure availability of training and support materials.
Skill Requirements :
- ServiceMax & Saleforce Certified.
- Strong Salesforce and ServiceMax functional knowledge.
- Strong experience in configuring ServiceMax application.
- Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes {e.g. Customer Service (Request2Resolution), Supply Chain, Service Sales, Install Base, Contract Management}
- Strong experience in Agile way of working.
- 5 years of minimum experience in SFDC (Salesforce), Service Cloud & ServiceMax required.
- Minimum one full cycle project implementations in ServiceMax, required.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.
- Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Creates formal networks involving coordination among global work groups.
- Good analytical & problem solving skill"
