We are currently looking for ServiceMax Techno-Functional Lead.

Experience Required : 7 - 8 Years

Job Requirements :

- Overall 7 to 8 years of experience in SFDC and a minimum of 3-4 years in ServiceMax

- 2-3 years of relevant solution & tech architecture experience in ServiceMax

- Self-Driven, proactive and anticipatory in thinking. Convert business needs into solution & tech design.

- Hands-on experience in ServiceMax modules such as SFM Wizards, SFM Transactions, Timesheets, Checklist, SFM Search Configuration, Dispatch Console Configuration, SFM actions, etc.

- Mobility - Hands-on experience in ServiceMax FSA, Classic, Pulse configuration

- Good Knowledge of Salesforce/ServiceMax Data Model

- Ability to provide advice on best practices, alternative approaches to the team and business users.

- Hands-on experience in SOAP API, REST API, Streaming API, Custom REST Web Services, Platform Events, Integration etc.
