About the role:

The Salesforce Administrator / Developer works with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to focus on the development, implementation, and maintenance of custom-built Salesforce solutions as well as third party and AppExchange integrations. This role drives operational productivity and maximizes the use of the Salesforce platform by enhancing the ongoing development of the Salesforce environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions

- Develop and maintain custom Apex Classes and Triggers as well as custom Lightning Components

- Administer, support, and maintain both internal and customer-facing use of Salesforce, related to custom applications, user permissions, security settings, custom fields/objects, workflows, and data management

- Collaborate with other IT Teams and cross functionally to create functional and scalable solutions

- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management

- Develop documentation for users, keep material up-to-date and train users on processes

- Remain current on new Salesforce features and functionality to ensure compatibility with existing development and proactively recommend solutions to potential issues

- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Experience

- A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field of study, or equivalent work experience

- Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer I certification

- 10-12 Years- Experience is Salesforce related domain

Skills and Abilities

- Salesforce platform experience (administration and/or development)

- Experience with custom Salesforce development - including Apex, HTML/CSS, Visualforce, and/or Javascript)

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Design System

- Strong experience with and understanding of the Salesforce data model

- Experience working in an agile environment a plus

- Ability to stay abreast of new Salesforce features and options (i.e. products, plug-ins, release updates/ functionality, etc.)

- Experience integrating Salesforce with third party systems

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Customer service and results oriented with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
