The SQA Engineer - CRM should have exceptional skills with SalesForce Quality Assurance testing.

- The candidate will be responsible for verifying and automating several CRM flows, Data and Portals as requested by different user groups in the company. This is a cross-functional responsibility involving Development, IT, Customer Care, Sales, and Marketing groups. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand major systems architecture and technologies and excellent debugging techniques.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting other team members and users for testing and training of CRM process flows and portal features.

Responsibilities :

- Well experienced in working with offshore teams.

- Ability to analyze project documents in order to prepare effective test plans and test cases.

- Will be responsible for testing CRM data, various flows, reports.

- Will be responsible for training the users on new changes.

Eligibility :

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience required / MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred

- 4-5 years of work experience as an SQA engineer, proficient in SQL for database testing

- 2-4 years of experience in planning, preparing and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes within an Agile Methodology SDLC process

- Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality.

- Experience with Salesforce page layouts, profiles, permissions, workflows, and approval processes.

- Work with upstream and downstream application teams to execute E2E test cases. Attend and collaborate in all stand ups, planning and design.

- Mostly worked with Cases, Contacts, Accounts, Solutions and Reports entities in Service cloud application

- Knowledge of SOQL Queries, Workbench and Data loader is preferred.
