Job Description :
We are looking for experienced Salesforce.com technical Architects (with at least 15+ years of total experience out of which minimum 5 years should be in Salesforce.com technology) who have strong techno-functional competencies with a wide variety of project/product development experiences in the Salesforce.com modules.
- Individuals must have a proven track record of solution delivery, scoping, leadership abilities and change management experience in the CRM space.
- The Architects will work independently and must be capable of managing in a complex matrix global business environment. They should be able to interact with stake holders across geographies
- They should be able lead the delivery team in delivering the solution
- Knowledge of multiple web technologies, Concepts, Design patterns is a MUST
Functional experience requirements :
- Extensive implementation experience and domain knowledge in multiple CRM subject areas like Lead Management, Account & Contact Management, Activity management, Opportunity and Pipeline management, Partner Relationship Management, Forecasting, Case Management, Solution Management, Campaign management.
- Experience of conducting business requirement & prototyping workshops with Business users to support tailoring of Salesforce.com applications
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce APIs and hands-on experience integration with ERP applications, Google apps
Technical Skill requirements :
- Must be well versed with the Salesforce.com overall platform architecture, related integration aspects, overall design methodologies, principles & processes
- Must have work experience in the capacity of Sr architect in design & delivery of complex business solutions
- Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com Lightning technology.
- Must have good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture & landscape.
- Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
- Experience in architecting and deploying large-scale web based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including XML, Web Services, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS,Java, C++, java Script, Python, Node JS- etc
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, Python and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Expertise in data modeling and user interface development principles
- Excellent communication skills. Should be able to manage various stake holders in the business and the product vendors.
