Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end-to-end automated solutions.

- Act as the technical subject matter expert for SFDC instance and other integrated software components.

- Drive testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.

- Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of SFDC instance

- Develop efficiencies for the sales and support teams by automating processes through scripts and workflows

- Work with internal customers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues as needed

- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, 3rd party applications and new functionality based on evolving business needs

- Analyze current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experience

Required Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field

- 5+ years of experience in programming with Force.com Apex, Visualforce Pages and Components with Lightning Styles.

- 5+ years of experience in Lightning development and implementation.

- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce data model, SOQL queries & Data loader. Skilled in working with Workflows, Email Services, Custom Objects, Custom Setting, Approval Processes.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model

- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer certifications preferred

- Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and database management

- Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen and to transform end-user needs/functional requirements into technical requirements

- Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced work environment
