Architect - Salesforce (12-19 yrs) (NetQuo Services Pvt Ltd)

Primary knowledge:

- 5+ years of experience as Solutions Architect providing architectural leadership by understanding business strategies and priorities and aligning the overall technology and governance strategies, policies and standards for the core systems.

- Awareness of TOGAF/SAFe-for-Architects or any other enterprise Architecture frameworks

- Experience with agile, innovative IT initiatives such as API led strategy/connectivity, Customer 360, Digital & Operations transformation, Sales & Process automation, Content & Marketing strategies, Headless & serverless Architectures, Cloud first approaches.

- Exposed to technology selection process, implementation roadmaps, capability maps.

Primary skills:

- Multiple Salesforce certifications, in both administration and technical paths, Should have experience and knowledge on the Lightning framework and its design

- Should have experience and knowledge on any of salesforce industry cloud modules CPQ or CLM or EPC or OM

- 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Community Cloud on Salesforce lightning platform in a high-tech/ high-growth environment

- 5+ years development experience on the Salesforce platform utilizing point-and-click methodology but have the experience to develop with Apex and Visualforce if needed

- Exposure working in 3+ Salesforce organizations

- Currently in an Architecture role delivering agile CRM solutions supporting multiple aspects of the sales ecosystem (Inside Sales, Services, Marketing)

Secondary skills:

- Any Architecture related certifications in adjacent areas of digital platforms: SAP Hybris, Adobe Content/Marketing Cloud, Magento, Pega, Mulesoft

- Awareness of UX/CX processes by applying the personas, journeys, and other experience elements into solution/technical architecture

- Exposed to working with delivery managers through developing digital delivery models such as Platform approach, Factories, Squads, Capacities, Devops & SAFe
