Lead/Architect - Salesforce CPQ (8-15 yrs) (Selectigence HR Solutions)

Position : Salesforce CPQ Lead

Location : Baner, Pune, India

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for deliverables on company project(s) as assigned; including but not limited to the creation and delivery of requirements planning documentation, features and function specifications, business process design, and recommendations on scope.

- Work on projects focused on Salesforce/Force.com development

- Document, technical requirements aligned with the business requirements.

- Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations

- Elicit Functional Requirements through various communication channels, including face-to-face

- Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope

- Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions

- Design and configure system. Demo to business community, obtain sign-offs / approvals.

- Responsible for customer communication for requirements, business processes and functional specifications.

- Manage team and their assignments.

Qualifications :

- B.E. / B.Tech. in IT / Computer Science + MBA (preferred)

Experience & Skills Required :

- 8-15 years overall experience with 5+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce.

- Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ

- Visio, Jira, Marketing Automation, Cloud Solutions

- Familiarity with Agile development methodology.

- 3+ years of experience in leading team of 3-10 Salesforce Developers

- Salesforce CQP / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (Certified) preferred.
