ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Selenium Testing: Mandatory
- Testing experience in the Salesforce platform.
- Good working experience in Selenium tool Testing Concepts and implementation preferably in the Salesforce platform.
- Working knowledge in Client QTP and VB Scripting.
- Planning Deciding the Execution pattern based on the client SLA s
- Excellent Scripting Knowledge in QTP in order to Prepare Scripts for Web Client-Server Applications
- Excellent Communication Interpersonal skills
- Should be able to interact with clients to understand the project requirements.
MANDATORY SKILLS :

- Test Planning and estimation of any enhancements and bug-fix cycles.
- Excellent Selenium tool testing skills to automate some legacy applications.
- Selenium Web driver and Java Framework knowledge and working experience.
- Testing experience in the Salesforce platform
- Excellent Domain knowledge in healthcare (preferable Home Healthcare) and the complete Provider and Payor workflows
- Excellent knowledge of Defect Life Cycle.
- Should have a good hold on the Test Scenario identification, Test Case writing, Test Plan preparation.
- Coordinate and monitor the tasks to be performed by the offshore team
- Knowledge on different environments such as QA, UAT, Production, Training, Staging.
- Good troubleshooting ability and good ability to take part and contribute in the design/Requirements review meetings.
- Should be experienced in taking ownership of QA servers and environments.
- Configuration Management experience.
