Job Description :
- Responsive user support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Timely development and implementation of Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- Data cleaning, report creation, backup, and provisioning.
- Occasionally running QA scripts.
Requirements :
- 3 years as a Salesforce administrator in environments of 50+ users.
- 3 years experience supporting sales uses.
- Strong experience with basic setup declarative functionality including workflow automation, process builder, validation rules, complex formula fields, change sets.
- Strong understanding of sales cloud, support cloud, including email to case
- Some integration experience linking Salesforce to external systems.
- Very strong verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred :
- Experience with the following products: Quip, Salesforce CPQ, Cirrus or other email to Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of developer functions such as flow, apex, unit testing, visualforce, and IDEs.
- Third-party tools such as DemandTools, DupeBlocker, Excel Connector
- Agile environment, including working on a scrum team, knowledge of sprint expectations, planning poker etc.
- Salesforce.com certifications
